Knight John of JerusalemWhen the millenium that comes after this millennium ends, men will have finally opened their eyes. They will no longer be imprisoned in their head and in their cities, but will be able to see from one end of the earth to another and understand each other. They will know that what makes one suffer hurts another.

Men will form one huge body of which each one will be a tiny part. Together they will form the heart of this body. There will be a common language spoken by everybody and thus, finally, a glorious humanity will come into existence… because Woman will arrive to reign supreme. She will be a great Master of the future time. She will be the Mother of the Millennium that comes after the Millennium… After the days of the devil She will make the softness of the Mother flow. She will, after the days of barbarity, embody beauty.

The millennium that follows the millennium will metamorphose in an age of lightness: men will love each other, share everything, they will dream and their dreams will turn into reality…

Thus man will have his second birth. Spirit will possess the mass of men who will be united in brotherhood. So an end will be proclaimed to barbarity. It will be the era of a new strength of belief. The dark days at the beginning of the millennium that follows the millennium will be followed by days of jubilation: man will once more find the righteous path of humanity and Earth will find harmony once more. There will be roads that connect one end of the earth and the sky to the other; the woods will once more be dense, the desert will once more be irrigated and the water will once again be pure. The earth will be like a garden: man will take care of every living thing and he will clean everything he has dirtied. He will understand that the whole of Earth is his home and he will think with wisdom of the morrow.

Man will know everything on earth and his own body. Diseases will be cured before they are manifested and everybody will cure themselves and each other. Man will have understood that he has to help himself to stay upright; and after the days of reticence and avarice, man will open his heart and his purse to the poor; he will define himself curator of the human species and so, finally a new era will begin. When man has learnt to give and share, the bitter days of solitude will be at an end. He will once more believe in the spirit, and the barbarians will be unheard of. But all this will happen after the wars and the fires; all this will arise from the ashes of the burnt towers of Babel.

The Knight John of Jerusalem, The Book of Prophecies

Shri MatajiSupposing the Mother Earth was very hot like the sun, there would have been no growth. Or if it was cold like the moon, there would have been no growth. It had to come to the centre where it had both the things in proper proportions to grow. In the same way, a human being has to work out that you keep a moderation and a balance and understand not to go to the extremes of anything. That balance you learn when you love someone…

You have to show complete patience and complete understanding and you must talk like a person who loves.

Love has such a power that nobody wants to do something that will suggest that they don’t love. A very powerful thing it is. It binds people in such a beautiful manner that one wants to do something. For example, you want to give Me a flower because you know I love flowers…

So, all these material things can be used to express your love. They can be very easily expressed in such a manner that another person knows what is love. But the whole power of the Sahasrara is love…

And there is the culmination where the brain just loves. That is the situation one has to reach – it just loves. It knows only love because it has seen the power of love…

Once you jump into the ocean of love, there’s nothing to be done. It’s just to be enjoyed – every wave of it, every hue of it, every touch of it. That is what one has to learn by reasoning, that Sahaja Yoga is nothing but love.

Rock-covered mountain

The earth is in meditation,
rock sure between what passes,
girt with sea and river.
Mountains are its power,
immoveable, their heads like lions
thrust into sun, storm, cloud.
Effortless, the antelope
bounds up the slope,
Arrow-swift, graceful, it too
is in meditation, being mostly dearly
itself, unaware of otherness,
intent with life and joy
in the paradise of now.

Shri MatajiThe Kundalini is a Cool Breeze that is Silence. This cool breeze can be felt on the tops of our heads, on the palms of our hands, on our bodies at the points of the chakras and nadis (channels) and on the soles of our feet. At first, it may only be felt on the palms or at the top of the head but as we progress in our practice the cool breeze becomes stronger and stronger.

The aim of Sahaja Yoga is to feel this cool breeze at all times. If we can feel the cool breeze, it means we are in an integrated state. Integration makes us balanced. We think and plan better, we feel better, we deal with issues better, and we come up with better solutions. We become empowered to manage our lives better, giving us satisfaction. Being satisfied stops us from being greedy, angry, manipulative, dogmatic and all those things that make us unhappy with ourselves deep down.

By taking to Yoga, the Integration, we can help this planet in its crisis. We can feel the cool breeze within ourselves, and this cool breeze spills out into the atmosphere. It cools down everything around us, soothingly, nourishingly. And, if you’ve never felt the cool breeze that I have been talking about in this article, then just place your hand on your heart, right now, close your eyes, and say in your heart and from your heart, addressing this Mother Kundalini, “Mother, please let me feel the cool breeze. Please let me become an integrated personality. Please give me my Yoga.”

Then sit with your eyes closed for a few moments till you feel a sense of peace within. Then open your eyes. Take your left hand and place it about 4 to 5 inches above the top of the head, more towards the forehead than the back of the head, to see if you can feel a cool or warm breeze. Then try with your right hand and again feel for the breeze.

If it feels warm or if you can’t feel anything it means you need to forgive yourself and everyone else. So say, “I forgive,” from the heart, and again feel for the breeze. It will eventually go cool if you are sincere in your desire to become the “epitome,” the self-realised one. This is so important for us. By becoming integrated and balanced, we will also be able to bring back the atmosphere of Earth to a balanced state. Earth is our Mother and we need her, and we need each other.
